If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a credit towards other products within 30 Days. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific EyeSpyPro product page.

In order to help keep our products in high quality, we do not issue any refunds. Once an order is placed, it is not subject to cancellation. Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days, and Customers are responsible for shipping charges and handling. Exchanged items must be in new condition with all manuals, packaging,and accessories; otherwise a 25% restocking fee will apply.
