We are based in the USA, and we will ship worldwide:

In the USA, we ship, depending on the wholesaler; UPS, Fed-Ex, or United States Post Office (USPS) starting at $9.99, $35 for 2nd Day, and $45 for Overnight; heavier items will be higher.

For Worldwide shipping we offer two choices between USPS first class mail with no insurance starting at $25, and USPS Priority Mail with insurance starting at $35.

Some of our products will ship directly from Asia, which will require additional fees that only apply to that item and will be listed at the bottom of the item description.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a credit towards other products within 30 Days. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific EyeSpyPro product page.

In order to help keep our products in high quality, we do not issue any refunds, only credit. Once an order is placed, it is not subject to cancellation, unless it's back-ordered and it has been more than 2 weeks.

Defective Items:

Defective items will be exchanged within 365 days from the day of shipment, unless the manufacturer has a longer warranty. On all returns, Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges. Exchanged items must be in new condition with all manuals, packaging,and accessories; otherwise a 25% restocking fee will apply.

All returns must have an RMA number:

Full Warranty Included on All Items:

We guarantee all our products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for at least 365 days after date of shipment to the customer. Some of our products have additional guarantees from the manufacturer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
