"For the last setup, everything is working extremely well (8 VersaCam SIR Cameras hooked to an 8 channel receiver). In fact, the Church had an intruder come in during a Saturday afternoon. The intruder got into a fight with some of the members and was tossed out.
The police were called ... and 20 eye-witnesses gave 20 different descriptions of the intruder. So, I pulled the recordings and I had excellent images of the intruder coming into the Church, starting a fight, etc. (Remember now, using the Blue Iris software, I am recording to hard drive 24/7 and then each 24-hour period, archiving by burning that 24 hours to DVD's.) I burned copies of the images to some CD's and gave them to law enforcement, and they were able to find and arrest the guy right away.
So, as you might imagine, the Church is incredibly happy with the security system."

I anticipate we will need a standalone dvr that can be body worn in the near future (pv-800?), some concealed cameras that can hook to it (like glasses or tie or broach) and also some items that can be hooked to it but left as objects in an office (like tissue box, clock, radio…).
